Godzilla has a BEER! Artist Attack Peter talks PBR x Godzilla 70th anniversary collaboration

Godzilla has a beer! To celebrate Toho International and Pabst Blue Ribbon tapped artist Attack Peter to design special cans of PBR to celebrate 70 years of Godzilla.

We got to talk with Peter at New York Comic Con at the Mondo booth.

For years Attack Peter’s Godzilla art has been featured on posters, figures and more but this is different and bigger.

PBR has put Peter’s designs on 60 million cans, which is something not lost on Peter.

“The King of the Monsters has smashed open so many doors for me and today is a continuation of that epic journey!” said Attack Peter in a press release. “I’m so incredibly fortunate to work alongside Toho International and Pabst Blue Ribbon to bring my linoleum block print designs honoring Godzilla, Mothra, Mechagodzilla and King Ghidorah from my studio in Miami into your coolers, parties and anywhere else that calls for a monster sized celebration!”
